Last Saturday's Junior Varsity finals was a great success.
There were lots of personal bests recorded by Roadrunners
in every age group. In addition, our parent volunteers and
Ed's group did an outstanding job in making sure that the
meet ran on time and without a hitch. We received high
praise from coaches of all the other teams.

Next Saturday we head to Moorpark H.S. for Varsity finals.
Those Roadrunners who have achieved qualifying marks and
intend to participate, should be at the meet at least an
hour before their first event.

Sunday we'll hold our end-of-season picnic at Soule Park
from 11 to 3. Lunch will be served at noon, followed
by our awards ceremony at 1:30. The Club will provide
burgers, tri-tip and chicken as well as drinks. We ask
that families bring a dish to share as follows:

Youths/Intermediates - Salads
Midgets - Desserts
Bantams - A side dish like beans, macaroni or a casserole.
Gremlins - French bread

For all meets, home and away, the first event begins at 8:30 A.M.
Plan to be at the track at least one half hour before your first event.

May 2 – Team Picture Day
May 5 – Ojai at Thousand Oaks
May 12 – Ojai hosts Junior Varsity Finals West
May 19 – Varsity Finals at Moorpark
May 20 – Awards Pick-Nic at Soule Park ( 11:00am to 3:00pm )
June 2 – Bi-Conference Championships at Santa Barbara City College
