2008 Practice Schedule:

All practices will be at Nordhoff High School. Practice
starts at 5:00 pm sharp.
|

What to Bring:
Runners should wear running shorts, a
suitable top (t-shirt, tank top, running shirt), socks, and running shoes. Have the athletes bring water, sweat
pants and sweat shirt, proper running shoes, and a good attitude to each practice.
Mark all clothing, sweats and water bottles with the athletes name.

Log: Many athletes like to keep a log to
record goals, race times, and other information. We encourage the athletes to
bring their goal books to each practice.
|
 |
Pickup: It is mandatory that parents pick up
athletes on time. Two coaches must wait until all athletes have been picked up
from practice.

 |
Rain: If it's pouring rain at 4:00 pm, practice is cancelled. If there is a very light mist and it looks like it will clear up, practice is on - thanks to our new all-weather track!
